The services sector occupies 6.1% of the region’s economy, bringing the region to the third place among the Ukrainian regions (6.3% of the Ukrainian indicator).

A quarter of capital investments in 2021were directed to the services sector and amounted $555.1 mln.

The service sector ranks third in the region’s foreign economic activity. The export of services to individuals, cultural and recreational services increased by almost 22 times compared to last year and is 25.6% of the all-Ukrainian indicator.

The export of transportation services has a positive trend, demonstrating an increase by 54% compared to 2020.
